Westchester, NY
Laura has over a decade of experience in the financial
services industry. She began her career as a financial analyst
in the Global Banking and Corporate Finance department at
Chemical Bank in 1992. In 1995, she joined the Middle Market
Finance group and specialized in serving the business and
personal financial needs of the top law firms and their
partners. This experience prepared her to become a Private
Banker at Chase and U.S. Trust. She ended her career
working for the joint venture Sotheby’s Lehman Mortgage
Services, assisting in loan structuring, origination and sales of
multi-million dollar mortgages for mortgage backed securities.
Laura left the banking world in 2002 and celebrated the birth of
her daughter Blair. She currently resides in Westchester, NY
with her husband Chris and three children, Blair (7), Gwen (5)
and Devon (3). She has served for two years as Treasurer on
the Board of The Garden Road School, is a member of her
PTA, and an AYSO assistant coach.
Laura graduated from Providence College in 1992 with a BA
Art History.
Kevin with his daughter Catalina, age 3, who
has Rett Syndrome.

Minneapolis, MN
Kevin Coloton has been actively engaged in healthcare
as a clinician, consultant, and executive for over a
decade. He began his career as a Physical Therapist in
the Johns Hopkins Health System. From there Kevin
worked at the Advisory Board Company, a Healthcare
strategy and operations think tank based in Washington,
D.C. Kevin was recruited back to the Johns Hopkins
Health System as a service line executive within the
Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. After Johns
Hopkins, Kevin joined the Deloitte Consulting healthcare
practice and served as strategic and operational advisor
for hospitals and health system consulting engagements
nationwide.
Kevin joined the Target Corporation as a Group Manager in the Target Clinic division. Target Clinic is a
Convenient Care/Retail Medicine division dedicated to serving Target Guests with convenient and
cost-effective healthcare services focused on basic episodic care, vaccinations, and wellness services.
Kevin was recently promoted to Senior Group Manager, MPSD Healthcare at Target where he is
responsible for Target's portfolio of Healthcare Technologies. Previous Board Activities: Kevin served as a
Board Member of the Maryland Association of Healthcare Executives (Maryland ACHE Chapter) for
approximately three years. Kevin was recently elected as a Board member of the Minnesota American
College of Healthcare Executives. In addition, he was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of
Healthcare Executives in October of 2008.
Kevin holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia as
well as an MBA from the Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business. He resides in St. Paul, MN with his
wife, Dominique, and their two children Catalina and Tomas.

Roger is a learning professional that has worked
extensively in the retail, restaurant, and franchise arenas
designing and developing training for corporations.
Roger lives in Irving, Texas, with his wife and two
beautiful daughters, Juliana and Olivia.
His wife, Kristy, serves on Girl Power 2 Cure's Mothers'
Advisory Board.
